Hello boys and girls. My name is Matt. I am one of several seniors in media class and a typical "Lazy Senior". For the longest time I have benn fascinated with the Russia and the Soviet Union. Just about the I was being born, the Soviet Union was being dismantled. When I first learned of our next project on the Wikispace, I admit I wasn't jumping for joy but I thought long and hard about something I wanted to delve deeper into and get a better understnding of, I decided to pick something that would be out of the ordiary but also tolerable to do, so thats how I came up with Vladimir Lenin. The first ruler of Russia following the October Revolution. We all know about Stalin but not about his predecessor. Like myself, this choice is unconventional but I hope to enlighten people and maybe change some of their previous assumptions about this subject.
